Warranty & Service Cancellation Policy

1. Contract Cancellations

A signed roofing contract may be cancelled by the property owner within three (3) business days of signing, in accordance with Texas Home Solicitation Sales Act laws. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@3rroofing.net. If materials have already been delivered to the property or custom metal fabricated, restocking fees will apply.

2. Audit and Scheduling Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours of notice for modifying or cancelling a scheduled on-site roof or gutter audit. This helps our field adjusters manage their travel routes across the 200-mile DFW service radius.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

3-R Roofing Company stands behind our craft. We provide a **5-year Workmanship Warranty** on all full roof installations. This covers leak repairs and flashing adjustments caused by installation defects. Shingle and metal material failures are covered separately under standard manufacturer warranties (up to lifetime, depending on GAF/Owens Corning product selection).

4. Material Restocking Fees

If a contract is cancelled after the three-day grace period, and materials have been ordered and delivered, the client is subject to a 15% material restocking fee charged by our local supply yards.

5. Warranty Claims

To file a workmanship warranty claim, email your original project contract number, photos of the current leak, and a description of the issue to info@3rroofing.net. A diagnostic repair crew will visit your property within 24–48 hours to assess the leak.
