3-R Roofing Company provides residential and commercial roofing installations, replacements, storm damage repairs, and gutter systems. All services are governed by a written, signed contract between 3-R Roofing Company and the client prior to project commencement.
Any cost calculations or estimates provided by our online cost estimator or verbal phone consultations are projections only. Final pricing is strictly based on our physical, on-site roof audit and outlined in our formal written proposals.
While 3-R Roofing Company assists clients in documenting storm hail damage and coordinating with insurance adjusters, the client remains solely responsible for all deductibles, depreciation, and any contract balances not covered by the insurer. We do not participate in or encourage insurance fraud.
Clients must provide our crews with access to the driveway and electrical outlets during installation days. Clients are advised to remove fragile items from walls, secure loose yard objects, and park vehicles away from the construction zone to prevent accidental damage from vibration or falling debris.
3-R Roofing Company is fully bonded and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing structural decay, structural settling, mold in attics prior to our tear-offs, or damage resulting from subsequent weather events that exceed manufacturer specifications.
